The West Virginia Mushroom Club is a newly-formed organization, founded to promote fellowship and communication among people who are interested in mushrooms and fungi. No matter what level of interest you may have - from curious observer to expert - you are welcome to particpate in Club activities and share your own experiences.
Saturday, JULY 24, 2010Make plans to attend our biggest event yet. The WV Mushroom Club is proud to announce that our Mid-Summer Foray will feature two special guests: Gary Lincoff, author of the National Audubon Society Field Guide to North American Mushrooms, and Taylor Lockwood, famed fungal photographer.
There will be lots of activities on the program to feed your interests: mushroom collecting and identification walks, a wild mushroom lunch, photography slide show, and a cultivation demonstration.
